assistance is invaluable for
getting the most from your Record
Sales software. It will allow you to
have queries answered and to make
suggestions for the future improvement
of the software.
Technical
Support
Technical
support includes answering any
reasonable question about our software
products, explaining concepts of the
program or how to create a particular
sales or stock report. It also
includes call-outs if telephone or
email advice has not been sufficient
to solve a problem.
