Annual Support Contracts - Features

Support Contract begins on the date of purchase and lasts for the lifetime of the software license (for customers who opt to buy the software outright a support contract lasts for 12 months). It includes:

A limited warranty for the software product 

Software updates and upgrades for the product during the contract term

Technical support by phone and email  

Cheaper site visits for problem solving

Software Licenses Without Support

Users who purchase software product licenses without an Annual Support Contract receive support and upgrades as follows:

No warranty as to the functionality and performance of the product

Any software updates for the product released in the next 90 days (but no upgrades to future versions of the product, and no trade-ins for more powerful products)

Technical support by phone and email during normal business hours subject to availability (users with annual support contracts are given priority)

Higher site visit charges than the support contract fee

"Catching Up" on Support

Users without Annual Support Contracts who later wish to upgrade to a new release of a software product, or start taking advantage of our support services, may begin a 12 month support contract at any time.
